The IRt/c.10 is our biggest precalibrated model, designed to remain reliable under challenging conditions. With the 10:1 FOV it can be placed at larger distances, for example when target is very hot. The built-in airpurge cools the sensor in ambient temperatures up to 200°C. Uses are: oil and gas or chemical applications (since the sensor is intrinsically safe), laundry drying equipment, paint drying.
The IRt/c.10 features:
The Micro IRt/c.4 sensor is the smallest available in its class. This makes it an ideal candidate for use in confined spaces. This model has a narrow field of view of 14°, enabling it to measure targets at a larger distance. Suitable for temperatures of above 200°C (392°F), it is particularly suited to drying applications and process automation. Air purge jackets and mounting brackets are available as accessories.
The IRt/c.3X is one of our most popular sensors. It has a specialized detector with high sensitivity, allowing it to be used across a broad temperature range, from -50°C right up to 650°C. With its built-in airpurge, it can be used in harsh environments and has a proven track record in challenging applications. Examples include heavy industry, oil and gas, mining, transport, drying and curing.
The IRt/c.01HB is a special version of the IRt/c.01. The HB stands for Heat Balance, allowing the sensor to be custom calibrated to measure fluid non-invasively through a tube or cartridge. A special clip is available to mount a medical grade 3/8"OD (9.5mm) tube on the sensor. Application use cases are mostly medical, and can also be used in cooling processes as well as the chemical industry.
