The AutoSmart M4SV is a micro IRt/c.4SV sensor connected to the AutoSmart transmitter for analog output. The micro IRt/c.4SV sensor is a unique combination of several very specific features. As well as its very small size, it has a right-angle measurement for use in confined spaces, built-in airpurge for cooling and cleaning, and a very small spot. This model has a narrow field of view of 14° to measure targets at larger distances. Suitable for temperatures of above 100°C (212°F), it is used in applications in the medical field and mining industry. Mounting brackets are available as accessories.
The AutoSmart M4SV features:
The AutoSmart 5 is the IRt/c.5 connected to the AutoSmart transmitter for analog output. The IRt/c.5 is one of our larger models, designed for consistent reliability under challenging conditions. With the 5:1 FOV it can be placed at a larger distance, ideal when target is very hot. The built-in airpurge cools the sensor in ambient temperatures up to 200°C. Uses include oil and gas applications (since the sensor is intrinsically safe when used with barrier), calender measurement, the transport sector, laundry equipment.
The AutoSmart 3X is the IRt/c.3X connected to the AutoSmart transmitter for analog output. The IRt/c.3X is one of our most popular sensors. It has a specialized detector with high sensitivity, operating across a broad temperature range up to 250°C. Target measurement is possible as low as-30°C, in environments as cold as -50°C. With its built-in airpurge it can be used in harsh environments and has a proven track record in challenging applications. Examples are: heavy industry, oil and gas, mining, transport, drying and curing.
The AutoSmart IR is the IRt/c connected to the AutoSmart transmitter for analog output. The IRt/c is one of the most widely used models. It combines various features such as small size, ease-of-use and robustness. It has a huge install base with proved track record of reliability and accuracy. The stainless steel housing with shielded cable allow use in noisy areas. It has a broad range of applications, such as printing, drying, robotics, process automation and plastics. It also comes in a side view (SV) model.
