All IRt/c’s rely on the incoming infrared radiation to produce the signal through thermoelectric effects.

Self Powered IRt/c's

- Signal emulates conventional thermocouple signal

The IRt/c is calibrated to match a conventional thermocouple at a specific temperature. By adjusting the calibration setting of the IRt/c the signal output (mVout) will be within 2% linear to match the conventional thermocouple at temperatures close to the calibration point.
